The Bidac company was established in 1997 by the engineers Knut Achilles and Bernhard Hofer, with the objective to develop and realize new, innovative automation- and system-technologies. Today Bidac is an internationally orientated company and is active in the sectors of automation and information technology, image processing and robotics.

With new ideas and with big development effort the company has planned and realized many special control and regulation systems, mainly for the woodworking sector. We realize control concepts and software solutions for machines and plants which are installed and used all over Europe.

Simplicity and reliability

We put emphasis on easy handling and reliability of the systems. Our systems are realized with state-of-the-art technology and with the help of leading component manufactorers. We join the components of high quality to an efficient and productive system.

Dynamics, optimization and security

Our main objective is to control machinery fast and dynamically while still ensuring maximum security. We are specialized in developing a vast variety of algorithms to optimize and regulate the production process.

Our engineers have great expertise when it comes to processing wood with automated machinery and control mechanisms. They build on 15 years of experience and have a high level of knowledge about automation possibilities for production processes linked to measure technology and machine vision.

Flexibility is an asset of our company. We care about special wishes and requirements and develop both standard and individual solutions for our clients, who are active all over the world.

Philosophy and Goals

Our personal goal is to create optimal production conditions for our clients by providing innovative systems and state of the art technology. We aspire to develop machines and facilities with a competitive edge for a fair and economic prize. Energy optimization and environment protection in general is a binding necessity for our team.

We put our heart and soul into ensuring a fast, secure and optimal production processes.
